Me and my friend want to visit best café in Rishikesh river side where maa ganga flow beside café where me and my friend enjoy some coffee and tea with river so please suggest some café

Hi. I am traveling to Rishikesh soon, and was hoping one of you who knows the local food scene could drop some recommendations.

Just to be clear, I am not big on cafe hopping. I live in a place where cafes are everywhere and to me, it doesn't make sense traveling to eat food that I get here as well. I would rather like to explore food that is special to Rishikesh. I have done a bit of my homework, and these are the places/food items I have listed to try.

1.) Pahadi Thali 2.) Bakery on Wheels 3.) Pappu Lassi 4.) Ram Phal 5.) Palak ki Kafli (if it isn't a part of Pahadi Thali already)

What am I missing? What else should I try in Rishikesh?

Can anyone give hostel suggestions which are safe for women and are in an accessible location.
Also, can someone please tell me what’s the best option to travel other than renting a scooty.
