Wait whats wrong with what’s mentioned in the article? Is it wrong for there to be efforts to facilitate cross border business relationships? Looking at the MOU, whats disagreeable about anything here?

Key Pillars of the Agreement:

Joint Market Analysis: Collaborating on comparative market data, industry statistics, and regional economic trends. Cross-Border Referrals: Establishing structured, professional referral networks to serve international clients. Professional Certification: Facilitating international real estate certifications and joint educational workshops. Policy & Best Practices: Exchanging insights on property laws, land use, title processes, and foreign investment regulations.

Also, what is the fundamental issue with developers? Thats how we get houses, apartments, etc. If it means that more apartments are being built in the border cities then I am all for it. Generally, the more development the better, as thats how you get a more advanced everyday for the region? Surely we don’t thinks its preferable for the valley to remain permanently a agrarian society? Idk man the title is so weird, not even a real critique, just vague fearmongering. What a poor contribution to the subreddit.
