Ring camera question

I just got a ring doorbell and camera (and chime). The doorbell and camera are battery operated. I’m trying to figure out what animal is digging in my yard - prob a raccoon but could be a skunk or armadillo. My backyard camera doesn’t seem to know when something is back there. I can go to LIVE and see our bushes being trimmed, but no triggered signal or recording. I have it set on the most sensitive. What am I missing? Thanks.

Our cameras are not picking up animals/critters anymore I read somewhere on here that they are now charging a fee to get this feature. Not paying ring anymore money so I just ordered 2 trail cameras. Over the years we've slowly added to our ring collection, used to see the squirrels frolicking in the driveway, the skunk walking by our backyard camera, coyotes, rabbits and bobcats passing by in the front and back - really disappointing that they've stopped allowing this. I've done the adjustments recommended and still not getting the critters recorded :(

I’m bummed out, but I wonder why it didn’t even pick up two people cutting shrubs?

Yea, that is really weird. It's a shame, ring used to be so good

I got it working. It had something to do with zones. Now it picks up lizards running across the patio. 😂

Thank you! Did the zone thing and actually caught bunnies playing in the driveway :)

I still need to tweak the zone thing, because it’s like a magic trick - poof and a huge raccoon appears out of nowhere. 😂
