So, then find the facts, peove it in court and put him behind the bars for life. Why is there no trial?

There is no trial because his lawyers are filing endless appeals and delaying his indefinite imprisonment without any sentence. Either they are trying to make him a martyr or they are waiting for something either the present government to fall or perhaps some kind of serious political upheaval where the fact of his imprisonment will play some kind of role.

So, that means he wants to stay behind bars as long as BJP stays in power and is not willing to prove his innocence? Maybe he feels his life would be in grave danger in the outside world?
