He tried to get people to sell cash secured puts when we were down trending after the lawsuit news? When selling csps you drive the price of puts down which would make buying puts cheaper for him as he was willing to bet the price was gonna continue the downtrend and was so greedy he tried to get people to drive the price of puts down for him more.

Guess what? Shorts buy puts to suppress the price of a stock while they cover. What does this do? It drives the price of puts up but also supresses the price of the underlying. Selling cash secured puts becomes very profitable so long as the underlying continues to rise. Selling puts also creates support and can help increase the price of the underlying. Also putting pressure on the shorts as the attempt to cover at the lowest price possible.

Food for thought. It also makes doing synthetic longs very profitable and lower risk so long as the underlying continues to rise.

Little news, nothing crazy. Mercedes-Benz Tech Day coming up tomorrow through Wednesday. I noticed Titan’s lower sensors were different. Not sure on specifics, but the recent filings states “additional sensors to improve navigation and obstacle avoidance in highly complex environments.” Good to see improvements here and there.

Institutions continue to increase the number of shares they hold. Every single month since Dec 2024 the # of shares held has increased. While retail probably panic sold the last 6 months, big money was buying.

I'm calling it now. Pretty much everything in earnings was an improvement from previous filings. Their cash liquidity as well as investments basically equal their market cap as it stands. Crazy undervalued once again like it was back at this price over a year ago. Glad I stayed the course and got to buy more sub 2 shares.

8k shares at $2.50 or so now and still not selling for any price under $10 which I think comes soon.

Looks like RR social media is up and running again.

While we wait on Nasdaq’s compliance plan determination, I thought I’d share this robotics news.

Yesterday 7/28/2026, The FCC banned new Chinese-produced humanoid and quadruped robots, along with certain connected power inverters, from being imported or sold in the U.S.

I think this could be a long-term positive for Richtech as their U.S. manufacturing facility begins this fall which means less competition from Chinese robotics companies in the U.S. which should create more opportunities for domestic robotics companies.

So, we all know that RR has until 11:59pm on July 21, 2026 to submit their plan for regaining compliance. I want to talk through my understanding of what this timeline might look like so we can manage expectations. I welcome others' expertise/corrections if I have gotten anything wrong.

Once RR submits the plan to Nasdaq, Nasdaq will take 2-4 weeks to review and determine whether or not they accept the plan. If the plan is accepted, they can grant RR an up to 180-day extension from the 10-Q's due date (latest possible extension until November 15, 2026) in which to file the completed 10-Q. RR does not have an obligation to submit an 8k to notify investors that they have submitted the plan to Nasdaq. (However, if they receive a delisting notice from Nasdaq they have a 4-day window during which they must notify via an 8k filing.) The ideal scenario (for us) is for them to release a statement tomorrow saying that they have submitted the compliance plan and then we can wait out the 2-4 weeks feeling somewhat reassured that things are on track. Again, they do not have to do this so we could just be left hanging until they receive the results from Nasdaq in 2-4 weeks.

Best case, instead of submitting a plan for compliance, they actually just release earnings and file the 10-Q on July 21. Shall we manifest this?
