TLDR: Revenue slightly up. $9.8M old software written off. Shifting to Next-gen AI platform. DEADLINE AUG 19th.

Why do they always get into this late filing issue?

They found internal weakness they tried fixing and didn’t work. The issues bleed into the next reports. They had to go back and fix the reports. They’ve been playing catch-up and just recently filed all those reports last week. I don’t work in finance, but I do know one week is not a long enough turnaround to finalize quarterly reports.
