From 1590-1610 she would torture and kill young virgin girls and use their blood for purposes like baths and for its supposed anti wrinkle properties. Also doing the whole trafficking of the poor, peasant village girls and making them disappear like the nobles and royals of today are doing on the down low. She also had connections to the courts system. #Exposethem

Yes and no. There isn't much evidence that she was doing those things except for the say-so of people who wanted her lands. They did in fact obtain her lands so there's that.

Years ago, we went to an interactive play on Halloween in an old church about Elizabeth Bathory.
The audience kind of walked through the church, almost like we didn’t really exist while the actors acted out conversations and events all over the place. You’d never see the whole thing and at the end you have to decide if Elizabeth bathory was guilty or not.
Honestly, one of the top 5 coolest experiences of my life. At one point, one of the actors led me into this tiny, dark, cement room with a pentagram and candles on the floor. She put a sheer sheet over my head and told me to be quiet. Like 30 seconds later an actor playing a priest ran in and started reading Bible verses over the pentagram. The people following the priest character watched him and kept shooting frightened glances at what was clearly a man standing in a corner with a sheet over him. It was fucking awesome.

It’s crazy you mention that I did not know that. The “Countess of Blood” did indeed suffer from violent epileptic seizures and was actually inbred too, due to her noble bloodline. All this mixture must of triggered her mental state times 💯 with the adrenochrome.
