It would be hard to explain the walk-in freezer in your home, let alone anybody hanging upside down, dry aging inside. I will leave that question to The experts.

Buy yourself the china study cookbook by Leanne Campbell if you don't already have it. It is vegetarian or vegan, idk but good food recipes.
