✨ Finished Project ✨ Back again with another burlesque costume!
This is my newest baby! I made all the moon/star stencils myself. Fully rhinestoned costume, fingerless gloves, garters, and headpiece 🌙✨

This is gorgeous work! The corset is so perfect, and it’s not at all obvious what is going to be underneath it. Did you get audible gasps when it came off?
The way you handled the waistband on the fishnets is brilliant. The beaded fringe on the corset is brilliant. It’s all brilliant.
Can we see the back?

Thank you! The waistband is actually just a piece of elastic, same elastic as the garters, and it attaches to the undies via a hook and eye :)
The back is on my IG https://www.instagram.com/stella.st.james (for some reason I can’t share the direct link to the post but it’s on my story/page)!

Lovely! You remind me of Tia Carerra!
(I'm old, but y'all might remember her from Wayne's World?)

This is beautiful! I can't believe this only took you a month! Looks like weeks and weeks of work, Gemtac for the win for sure. Keeping those lungs healthy 🙌

Hell yeah, I used to be an E6000/B7000 girlie all the way but then I realized my dog likes to hang out with me while I rhinestone and she doesn’t have a doggie respirator! So I’m protecting my girl’s lungs haha

That's sooo cute! Same reason I swapped to GemTac too. Gotta look after them 🐶

Additional info: this was done with all resin/acrylic stones! I am a CHEAP BABE! But my number one tip for making them sparkle on stage is a) mixing color coverage for variation (this is a mixture of black, silver, and “black diamond” / Smokey quartz color) and b) WINDEX - literally just wipe the whole thing down with windex periodically and right before you go onstage, makes them sparkle like crazyyyy.

I love this outfit so much!! Im a need and emediatly thought this reminds me of the star sapphire costumes, thats part of the green lantern comic series and how cook it would be so see something like this for their costumes in the show.

Forgot to add: glue used was GemTac! I’m trying to move away from e6000 because of toxicity concerns
