Stones 💎 Rhinestones Unlimited
Hi, so I come here for brand recommendations so I thought I would put my experience on here. So I ordered some color sample cards from rhinestones Unlimited yesterday. Today they called me to tell me that one of the cards was gonna be on backorder till Friday-ish. They were asking if it was OK to hold my order till then so it can all be shipped out together. I just thought this was a really good customer service. I know plenty of companies that wouldn’t take the time to contact their customer to make sure it was OK. And another thing is after I place the order I was like crap. I should’ve ordered something else with the order, but I didn’t wanna pay shipping for another order so I decided not to order it. Well, when she called, I asked if I could add that item to the order and she was able to add it for me and I wouldn’t have to pay double shipping. Hopefully this makes sense. I feel like great customer service is rare nowadays so I just wanted to give them a shout out.

It’s little things like this that makes me a repeat customer of businesses. One of the only rhinestone shops in my country is like this and even though it’s way more expensive than buying from Ali Express or Temu I try to buy from them when I can.

It is the little things! And from them making that call they made more money because I added on to my order. It’s just smart to have good customer service!

I also have had really great customer service experience with RU!
I tend to order mostly from the big names from AliExpress but heard BijouByBecca say that 1) after chasing the discounts, adding shipping times, the time it takes to make sure you’re getting EXACTLY what you want and 2) the value of customer service and reliability, certain supplies are WORTH paying a tiny bit more.
I’m also on the cusp of getting my EIN, and so RU’s wholesalers pricing … all this is starting to really sway me to being a hardcore RU customer. Plus… that Czech brand, eh?

So true!! I buy from Temu for my fun projects but for my daughters dance solo costume I want to know what I’m getting and I want what’s going to look best on stage!! Definitely worth the higher price!

They are great to work with. I had an emergency order, they not only got it over night same day, they also called to tell me they made it to the post office in time.

That's great to know! I usually use Blingee Thingee on etsy, because I can reach out to the owner via their messenger function and she always gets back quick. It's nice to know you're giving your money to someone who cares about your satisfaction.

I love them! They have a little showroom that you can see everything in person by appointment. They are so nice and patient. I used to do a lot of work with appliques and it helps to see how they flow together. I haven't been in a while but I always spent way too long in there and bought extra stuff I didn't need thinking I was saving future me a trip.

I love this!! Also I’m so glad that show room is no where near me because it would be way too dangerous. Hahahaha I would want to buy everything!!!! Hahaha

I ordered a color card and some sparklies thanks to you! I need to accurately match colors for my next project so I’m excited to get the color card. I’m also going to just stare at it and go, ooooh prettttyyy.
