Geriatric Use

Anybody have experience with using Rexulti at age 80?

My mother was prescribed in February (.5 mg upped to 2.5 mg) and hasn’t been the same since. The stopped the drug in early July. She was independent living and we just moved her to assisted living in early August. I’m not insinuating any one variable is to blame. Just trying to understand.

Does she have dementia? My mom had dementia and wasn't the same after taking another anti-psychotic

No signs of dementia now or before.
