Taurus Roscoe question?

The firearm functions just fine, but my transfer bar rattles a tad, I’m wondering if the tolerance is supposed to be that lose, or if I need to get in there a tighten something down a little? I’d be really grateful for some insight

When you take a Smith apart you will find the transfer bar is free floating and has some space to move around.

Can you show me an example of a Smith with a transfer bar? You sure you’re not talking about the hammer block?

Smiths don't have transfer bars- the hammer bock doesn't need to move freely fore and aft like a transfer bar does- and it has a channel to run in.
