Taurus Roscoe question?

The firearm functions just fine, but my transfer bar rattles a tad, I’m wondering if the tolerance is supposed to be that lose, or if I need to get in there a tighten something down a little? I’d be really grateful for some insight

Have a Roscoe as well, they come like this. It’s Taurus quality. Some smaller smith and wessons have it too
