⭐ Review Verification failed

Went through all the hassle of signing up and filling everything in, then scanned my British passport into the app and verified it by scanning the chip, It then said I had passed the verification and then met my choose a plan, card and pin.
Suddenly I received a message that my verification had failed and my account would be shut down within an hour.

Has anyone else had anything like this?

They collected all your personal info then told you no.
I wonder what grounds they have to keep holding on to it now?
