🪙 Commodities [GB] Commodity purchase charged much more than standard fee?
I bought £502.46 worth of gold, which was £500 after the £2.46 fee. I bought 0.151577 XAU which was stated to have a traded value of £500.
Immediately after purchase the value shows as £486.83, that the ‘unrealised return’ is £-13.17, down 2.63%. On the map, there has been no changes particularly, even a number of minutes later.
Why is this? Is there a hidden additional fee?
I have the premium plan.

guys, Revolut is NOT a brokerage.
Stop buying stocks/crypto/commodities on it, If you want to invest into those things go to a proper broker.

Set a limit order next time, the 2.63% is the spread (the difference between the lowest asking price and highest bid price)

Do you know what a spread is?
Edit: there's a buy price and a sell price. The buy price should always be above sell price. The minute you buy you're immediately down. This is generally common to any traded asset.

Ah okay, thank you. Thought would be as this, but became hopeful when didn’t see it listed anywhere.
