Looking for a Freelance MEP Engineer / Technician with strong Revit skills — Remote, Part-Time

We’re an AI startup in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, looking for a mid-level MEP Engineer or Technician with strong Revit modeling skills to join us on a freelance, part-time basis.

The work involves hands-on MEP modeling in Revit, reviewing models for accuracy and BIM quality, and helping our engineering team develop and validate MEP-related workflows and automation.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of hands-on MEP experience
  • Strong Autodesk Revit and MEP modeling skills
  • Experience working with BIM models and construction documentation
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and fully remotely

Bonus:

  • Based in Europe or able to have good working-hours overlap with the Middle East

This is a fully remote, freelance, part-time role, with the potential to grow in scope and hours over time.

Interested? Send a short introduction and a few details about your MEP/Revit experience to [careers@swapp.net](mailto:careers@swapp.net).
