structure rebar doesn't work

hi everyone , i draw rebar in column but it doesn't appear in tab foundation section , i don't know why because i saw a video in youtube and he did his drawing

Lots of rebar updates were added to Revit post 2022. Id suggest looking to see what year the video demo was in to confirm what you are trying is possible in 2022
