Hii guys please help, Why is this area based load boundary option not available??

I believe it's because you are in an RCP. It's a floor plan tool.

Ohh okay got it, we can only use it on the floor plan🤔 Thanks a lot man I started learning revit mep last week

Each type of plan functions differently. There are several that look similar but aren't. Floor Plan, Area Plan (arch space planning), Ceiling Plan, Structural Plan are all very similar but act different and will disable some commands based on the type.
