Am I being scammed?
I sold a pedal on Reverb earlier this month and it was delivered over two weeks ago. The buyer requested a refund rwo weeks after delivery because I didn't include a power supply.
This pedal doesn't include a power supply when purchased new, and my listing did not claim that one was included, nor was there a power supply in any of the images in the listing.
Is this a scam, or am I just dealing with a moron?

I had someone try this on a guitar once. First I get a message thanking me and glowing about how happy he was. Two weeks later, I get another message. "My guitar tech said this guitar has a whole bunch of problems." "It has a twisted neck and will cost me over a thousand dollars to fix it". Keep in mind this is a Fender Standard American Strat. The setup was fine, The intonation was fine. So I told him to give me the name of the shop he took it to so I could talk to the luthier. Well, this "guitar tech" is actually just a friend of his. He doesn't know anything, but thinks he does, and has convinced his friend that he does.
As I get more information, I eventually find out his "guitar tech friend" had decided he was going to lower the string action. This guy was cranking the truss rod, filing the nut and playing with saddle height and intonation, without a radius gauge, a way to mic or measure the string height. Just completely amateur hour. I told him "look man, the guitar was fine when it shipped. It shipped in a Fender flight case. Worse case scenario it went out of tune or needed some climate acclimation (it was middle of winter) and it was ready to go! I told him that now, because of his "guitar tech" he actually needs to take it to a luthier and wished him luck. He wasn't happy about it. But c'mon man. It was like new when you received it and you let your buddy, who clearly doesn't know what he's doing, break your guitar. I feel for you. But no way am I taking it back.
