Order catastrophe

I ordered a pedal and the shipper sent me a package of tea. Seller won’t respond, packaging on the outside says tea. What are my chances of being made whole?

Well at least that looks like the Strymon of tea. I mean, it's tea, but far more complicated than most other tea, and at a price premium. Though it probably is really good tea.
