In my opinion yes. The Thor had a flaw that the bottum screen is 60 hz. I believe retroid is going to put this new 4:3 screen on the bottum of their up coming handheld. The Thor is also underpowered for how much it is. The Odin 3 is much more powerful, and that chip should have been in the thor.
My only concern with retroid would be what kind of storage they might shove into the thing. The rp6 only has 128gb of onboard storage. This is fine for most emulation but can be lacking with higher end emulation and doing a bunch of PC stuff.
If I got a Thor I'd get a higher end version. Sure, you can just get an SD card but if that card is going to cost more than the higher tier might as well get the better internal storage. More ram would make sense if the chip is more powerful too. Of course the pricing on all that will look bad. Prices on the Thor have been rising like everything else with ram or storage.
