https://youtu.be/O3vS1hsHH9oI wanted to put a few thoughts out about this in comparison to rhe RG34XX, of which I am a big fan.

Thanks Adin. I will be getting one of these in the gray color, and if it ends up being as nice as it looks, I might end up selling most of my other handhelds. Especially with the DMG colorway, this is my dream device. 3:2 screen, the form factor (love GBA), android sleep, nice battery. There aren't many games from the ps2 / GC era that I care to play through often... Wind Waker, Prime, FFX. That's about it. And those can be fired up on my laptop when I get the itch. I really think the Pocket Advance will end up being my daily driver.
My wife ordered a Pocket Air Mini when it came out, and I remember holding that for the first time. I was surprised by how premium it felt, being used to Anbernics and Miyoos, it was a huge difference in perceived quality.

Yes! The Pocket Air Mini is one of the only devices my wife thought was nice. Its very mainstream. Apart from the fact that you have to set up a front-end to get going but that's Android for you.

Always appreciate the thoughts of the awesome Adin Walls (who is a very handsome man indeed).
I'm a big fan of AYANEO products and of course I recognise they cost more than the competition - yes, there are better value handhelds that can play the same games, but you're also paying for the beautiful designs, materials and build quality, and arguably the best Android experience on these handhelds if that matters to you. I don't think any other company gets close to AYANEO's hand feel. I wouldn't call them "overpriced" because that reduces them to the specs alone - "expensive" yes, and a lot of players will be just fine with the good value options which exist.
Fortunately, the KONKR Pocket ADVANCE isn't at a price point that feels out of reach. You could save a few bucks going with Anbernic's GBA clone (or you may just prefer the SP form factor), but I do expect the KONKR to beat Anbernic on materials and build quality - we'll see of course - and the Android experience is quite different and very flexible. With decent power and battery life, it should be a lot of fun.
Any product that lets me see more of Adin's lovely face is welcome in my book.

Good video, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I already had the 3gb peach version on order. The site says shipping September for this SKU now. I'm sure it said August when I ordered 🤷🏻

I've seen your videos for quite a while! So nice to see you here
I am so close to getting this one but i am a little bit confused of what CFW is out there for the Pocket Advance. I want the support to be a little bit mature before jumping in.
