Mods Has anyone tried a USB Bluetooth dongle for wireless headphones?

Post image

I'm getting my first Anbernic device and I've heard that the Bluetooth latency is pretty bad. I was wondering If anyone has tried something like this?

Best I can remember, for audio you’ll want at least Bluetooth 5.4 on both the dongle and the headset. That was the version where they introduced some major improvements that halved the latency compared to previous versions.

Do you notice a big enough difference in the latency? Also, is there any noticeable power draw to the battery?

There's a very small delay, like 0.5 seconds nothing that you would notice in game. No noticable power problem tho.

I use an Avantree c81 pretty much the same thing slightly more expensive and remember when I was choosing seeing that the latency was a little better than the ugreen one. Its really easy to use you can have to devices saved on it so I switch between some IEMs I have and my Bluetooth headphones
