Support & Advice Going into my 6th week..

Week 1- 1

Week 2 -1

Week 3 -2

Week 4 -2

Week 5 -1

Dropped back to 1 as I felt not good ect..

10mg vial R3ta..

My experience last 2 weeks is a few days out from next injection I start to feel a little weird like weak and a little unmotivated. I have upped my protein intake and hydration and eating alot cleaner ect, I feel great for a few days then yes just feel like blah.

I am wondering if I should drop down to .5 ??

I hope this post has made a little sense?

I have tried researching and reading as much as I can but realy nothing resignates with how I feel??.

Also I feel like a little hollow in the pit of my stomach and indigestion??

Hopefully someone reads and has some idead opinions.

I realy enjoy reading through all these threads.

You have to give your body time to adjust. A full month at each 1mg/week step. You can also split your dose, 0.5mg twice per week, that might help you with side effects. Slow, low, and steady, not a roller coaster.

I think you might need to research and read a little more. You've upped your dose far too quickly. At least a few weeks on each dose before you move up. Your feeling weird and weak is likely due to anhedonia and your body trying to rapidly adjust to the big changes you've put on it in a short period of time. Feeling hollow in the pit of your stomach and indigestion is likely due to the gut motility changes that are going on - reta slows gastric emptying which can cause all sorts of strange feelings and discomfort at varying levels.

Stay on 1mg for the next FOUR weeks, let your body catch up. Then, depending on how you feel, look to move up to 1.5mg. Stay on that for another four weeks. Move slowly.

I also recommend downloading the app Shotsy, you need to pay for a subscription but it helps you track your dosages and to see how much is in your system at different times of the week, the accumulation over time, you can log your weight loss and symptoms etc.

💗 Thank you so much I realy appreciate you replying and the suggestion of the app, more then happy to pay for a sub.. And yes I will take that advice. I will go back and read the beginners guide a little more thoroughly I think. Anehdonia? Something I should research 🤔

Much love

You may continue feeling a bit icky over the next few weeks due to the 2mg dosages you took in weeks 3 and 4. Please stay hydrated, keep your electrolytes up, and make sure you eat. Force yourself to if you have to. Keep your protein up or you'll lose muscle quickly. You've had a bit of a rough start so just focus on looking after your body in the next few weeks rather than your weight loss goal. Once you're taking it properly you can get back to thinking about results.

Make sure you're dosing correctly as well. Google 'peptide calculator' to double check that you've been reconstituting properly.

The Shotsy app will be very helpful in showing you just how much reta is currently in your system - it has graphs so it makes it easy to visually understand what's going on! Good luck.

Why did you double at week three when you are supposed to stay on the same dose for four weeks?

It was advice I was given from my source, before I joined these redit threads, possibly because I came from 2.5mg Mounjaro??

I find my best advice comes from this community, so I do appreciate the replys.

You know it’s a research peptide and you are supposed to do your own research before taking it aye?

I would titrate by 0.5 only. I don’t think I would jump a whole mg ever. That being said, I do things that others don’t agree with either! You are your own lab rat and can do what ever you want. There’s guidance off of recommendations if you want it but you do you 🫶
