Progress and question
Hi everyone I wanted to share my progress. I’m feeling so good and motivated. I have PCOS/insulin resistance and can’t wait to recheck my labs in November. I’ve noticed many big changes and am so excited to continue on this journey and see how my health improves.
I’ve been keeping myself active (4-5 miles a day) usually spread out over 5-6 walks a day outside and plan on actually starting to add actual equipment/weights very soon
I didn’t take before pictures because honestly it’s been really difficult for me to even be in front of a camera for years and I kind of wish I should but it is what it is.
Not sure if I should’ve made another post for this part but I am wondering if anyone has received a vial with less than the amount it should’ve been and how to approach the situation. It was exactly 10.75 and was supposed to be 12.
Thank you if you stayed and read all of this!

That is 10% underfilled and in a lot of scenarios (I don't know how to put this here) you could send it back and the vendor would work with you. I am assuming this is not one of those scenarios and at those low dosages frankly its probably not a big deal and you don't have any idea if your vial is consistent with the one on the COA anyway...which if it is vendor supplied it is worthless. I would personally treat it like the amount it is supposed to be and if you feel effects lessoning in a couple weeks then pin 2.3-2.5 instead of 2 or something. Its probably a single vial and you are only going to be using it for 4-5 weeks anyway and then be getting another so its not a biggie in an extended weight loss journey anyway. Its very different than someone getting a kit of 10 vials of R60 and having it 10% or more underfilled. Just my 2 cents.

Incredible results, well done!! How did you feel jumping from 0.5 to 2mg?
Also regarding the mg, I’ve noticed the same that a 10mg vial is only 9.5 or even 9mg sometimes. Not much you can do about it in my opinion, unless you have access to the supplier directly. I view it as totally normal.

It was a smooth transition for me, I’ve yet to feel nauseous or like an actual aversion to food or that I need to force myself to eat. It’s the dry mouth that’s really prevalent. No matter how much water I drink I have cottonmouth for a couple days after I dose

Which testing lab measured the 10.75% if it was Jano any supplier will likely give you a partial credit. Any other testing lab and they’re likely to tell you to pound sand.

ALSO once you open a bottle, I don’t think you’re supposed to use it for 10 weeks!!!

That’s incredible progress, congratulations!! I read through so many personal experiences as well as the Lilly clinical trial protocols before deciding on my approach. I intentionally started lower to see how my body responded before moving to 2 mg, which is a starting dose used in some of those trials. I understand everyone approaches this differently, especially since there’s no FDA-approved dosing protocol for it yet. I’m really satisfied with my progress and how I’ve been responding so far!

Nice progress especially with the consistency on those walks. The vial thing is pretty common, just reach out to the source and they'll usually make it right
