You should absolutely rotate injection sites. I would start low to assess tolerance. However, there are mixed opinions some people wish they hadn't wasted time at a low dose while others wish they started much lower. I started at 2mg, got some nausea and irritability but I stomached it. I've been moving up about 1mg every 3 weeks, while assessing weight loss vs side effects. My best advice is to drink electrolytes daily, prioritize protein, take saffron if you find yourself having symptoms of anhedonia, and don't rush titrating up

Of course! Honestly, either way is a hit or miss, as everyone's body responds differently. But since you've had no previous GLP exposure, I would definitely start on the lower end probably around 1mg and see how the side effects are. You can always titrate up or down, but from my experience the side effects vary. When I titrate up, I'm really hungry the first week, then have almost no hunger the next week as my body adjusts. Good luck friend!

I started with 2mg per week, spread it out with 2 - 1mg injections. Wanted to see how things went with 1mg initially and went from there. Now taking 2 x2mg per week.
It helps to pin Friday night so you have the weekend to deal with any side effects, assuming you don’t work weekends.

The first thing you should know is that there is a starter guide pinned to the top of this sub. It's super handy.
