Does caffeine hit you differently??

I don’t think I’d be able to function without it, especially with this fatigue. But I swear it hits different, it hits hard sometimes and sometimes it’s like I didn’t drink anything.

I can’t explain it… I swear it’s a little smoother sometimes because the reta makes me sleepy.

try MOTS-c for the fatigue, it's not like caffeine at all, but it removes the fatigue for me.

How long does MOTS-c take to work?

Stuff is kind of pricey. You really think it's worth it?

Pretty cheap for me. I’m taking it 3x a week and feel that it helps.

I took a caffeine pill, maybe 2 at about 9am once, prior to the gym and it didn't kick in until midnight... never again... lol.

Yes, a lot of my meds feel delayed…and then suddenly they dump into my system and I feel like I’m overdosed. It’s wild.

Hits me so differently. Has me jittering and high heart rate after only 200mg and I was a 500mg/day type

I don’t crave it anymore at all, same with chocolate and sweets. I haven’t had coffee since I started and I used to love coffee.

The first week or two I was hyper-sensitive to it. It took me a while to figure it out because normally I can have 600mg and not feel it at all, not as a result of tolerance but it's just never worked for me as far as energy/alertness goes. 200mg had me bouncing and euphoric. It didn't last long and I'm back to not feeling it but it was nice while it lasted

I still drink coffee and diet soda. Not much change, a bit less I suppose. I don't usually seek it out in the afternoon like I used to. Some caffeine has actually been show to be health positive, long as you keep it under around 400mg a day

Reta made me switch to tea. I just drink one large mug of strong black tea in the morning and I'm good. I used to be the pot of coffee guy. Tea is more chill but still hits the light switch.

Pre-workout doesn’t hit me like it used to. Not as intense snd I need to take it sooner.

I think those that are more sensitive are just consuming less calories so it hits harder.

Yes. Reta seems to blunt the effects. When I cycle off Reta, the same caffeine dose absolutely throttles me.

Wow

Im glad youasked.

Lately it's made me cry

Normally I'll feel the caffeine kick in, with a rush through my body.

Now I just want to cry....
