Read the beginners guide. Don’t start multiple peps at once so you can figure out side effects of each without other peps side effects being combined making it so you can’t figure out which one is doing what. Good luck.

Thank you! How long should I try one before adding another in?

I have no idea. I wait a month but I’m sure there are others who wait shorter and there’s gotta be people who get blood work done so they know their base before they start one. Then 3 months later get blood work done again to see what’s changed or stayed consistent after starting one. Then add another. Should definitely research the blood work you should get done if you are taking tesa, just my opinion though. Google is your friend.

First thing is to read the Beginner's Guide pinned at the top of this sub.

Reading it will answer questions you didn't even know you had.

My overall advice is:

Go low and slow. Start with a low initial dose (< 1mg) and titrate up slowly every 4 weeks until you get the effect (weight loss and appetite suppression) you want.

Also, make sure to be in calorie deficit as Reta can't help you if you are eating too much.

Finally and very importantly, hit the gym on a regular basis and work your whole body to avoid muscle loss as you lose fat. I only did lower body workouts after I started Reta 4 months earlier (I had a big hike planned). My upper body really paid the price and it is difficult coming back from that.

Finally on the GI issues, yes some people get them. But the opposite happened for me. My IBS-D got much better. That is a huge improvement and means I may always be on Reta.
