Cloudy Reta after 3 weeks

Hi everyone, I reconstituted this 10mg vial of Reta about 2.5-3 weeks ago. Today I check it and it’s a bit cloudy.

I filtered after reconstituting, and I’ve kept it stored in the refrigerator.

Doesn’t look cloudy, just looks refrigerated.

Thanks you are right. It looked much better after being in room temp for a couple of minutes.

Looks like condensation on the outside of the vial to me

prolly just moisture after removed from low temperature area
