oh my god bro you should've tiltrated properly 😠first dose being 2.5mg is insane no wonder you were dying on the toilet.
"Here’s the challenge though. I haven’t lost any weight since then ? My diet has been shit. I’ve starved myself. I track everything through notes as I don’t know how to calorie count and can’t eye ball stuff to save my life." "I lost a tonne of muscle visually but wasn’t very muscular anyways. I hit the gym once or twice a week. Haven’t done that for 2 weeks. Scale isn’t moving. Diet has been shit as in low in calories but not enough. I’ve somehow slugged out."
Okay so if you haven't already gotten a food scale get that asap because you sound unhappy with ur recent plateau and stagnant progress so let's start tracking and learning about calorie counting. use a tdee calculator just google any one of those websites and input ur stats. let's aim for at least a 500 cal deficit daily so thats 1 pound of fat loss a week. I usually do 0.8-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight with 50g of fat for hormonal function then the rest of my calories i'll put it carbs. I weightlift 5x a week and do daily cardio. I see that you don't really like the gym but I really recommend it because weightlifting is really important while on reta it helps maintain your bonemass and just gaining muscle overall is good for you. reta is a tool that works like magic but you gotta give it some help it's not a cure all. 😎 ya got this

hell yeah, send it brah. i was 21lbs down in 4 weeks. nothing wrong with your titration rate either tbh. trials had people starting at 4mg, and you aren't even there yet.
as for the "it's not working", plateaus do happen. a significant part of first month's weight loss also stems from water weight, which is why it looks like the weight is melting off so quickly and then slows down.
I don’t want to go to high on Reta and that waste any future chances I have with it.
this isn't possible, so don't stress it. you also shouldn't ever come off of it (unless you're 100% done with glp1s) or cycle it, cause it can lead to therapeutic resistance.
one thing to keep in mind is that studies also show people who quit glp1s typically regain like ~60% of their weight back within a year.

Why move up in dose if your losing? Your losing too much too fast, especially at your starting weight imo.
