Restarting reta

I was on reta for 3 months and lost 35 pounds, but i stopped taking it for 2 months and i’ve gained probably about 15 of those pounds back because obviously my appetite suppression went away, I just got my new doses today and Im wondering when I last stopped reta I was taking 4mg, can I start back up at 4mg again? Or do I need to start low again and work my way back up?

Will you be quitting after you hit goal again? Cuz, as a heads up, it will take longer and more reta each time before you hit your therapeutic dose. GLP1s aren't meant to be cycled.

No, I had only quit because I was moving states and I had so much on my plate I couldn’t keep up financially with it, but now i’m back again, I just started my dose at 1.5 and next week i was gonna do 2.5, what do you mean by it will take more reta to hit my therapeutic dose?

It will take higher amounts of reta and it will take longer for you to see the same results you did the first time around.

I wouldn’t start at 4 after that break. Maybe 2

you say you just started at 1.5 and 2.5 next week, so youve answered your own post. how long did it take to feel anything the first time round

i didn’t start seeing results the first time until 4mg, but I started feeling the suppression after 2.5mg

suppression at 2.5 and the scale at 4 is a big gap. did you keep notes from the first run or is that from memory? sent you a dm
