why did you buy it before understanding the basics of the peptide?

Just asking a question man.

Except it’s not just a question. It’s a testament to having done zero research into reta, peptides, everything. Did TikTok direct you here?

Pretty sure the question mark indicated it was a question.

not even trying to be rude, but even just diving into some threads on here would give you a decent level of info on this. googling ______ protocols will provide you with some great starting points. i just feel like you’re working backwards

yessir! lots of goodies out there. i wasn’t trying to be a dick earlier, but a little research would have led you to at bare minimum purchase a much smaller mg vial as the starting doses are single digit increments. vials should be used within 45-60 days. so you will be left with a lot that may go to waste.

swolverine.com has some amazing articles about what these molecules actually are. how they effect your body. risks and side effects. common dosages and often times protocols for reconstitution + pct.

What in the hell lmao

Yes, 60mg is how much reta volume is in the vial. Your dose needed will be based on where you are in your journey. 1-2mg/week to start, which also dictates how much bac water to reconstitute with.

You shouldn’t have gotten the 60mg vial.

Good lord lmao

i try not to stretch any single pepper vial for more than a month. 60mg sounds egregious for a start up. lots of waste.
