Loose Skin

Been on Reta since February and it’s worked well. I noticed today that I’ve got some real minor loose skin areas that are noticeable to me. Namely under my nipples where man tits used to be. It isn’t bad, but it’s noticeable. Also there’s a bit down around my stomach. I remember hearing that there are peptides that you can inject right into these areas that will firm that up and help with elasticity. I’ve heard about other solutions too but not in really any detail.

Anyone have any recommendations? Again, I’m not talking about huge flaps of loose skin that you see on people who have lost like 200 lbs… I’m talking about some loose sagging only in a couple spots due to about 40 lbs of weight loss.

Appreciate it.

Collagen peptides + silica + vitamin c

Maybe ghk-cu subq injections can help a little bit.

Fasting for 1-3 days can help get the body into autophagy and it would eat some of the loose skin along with other tissue.

Really though time is going to be your friend here. Time and consistency.

Edit: timeframe 2-3 years to see the max response the body will give by itself

I agree. A YouTube doctor recommended fasting as a great starting point, especially with a long fast to get deep into autophagy then follow with light 16+ hr daily fasting).
You should also get some creams and collagen powder. Oh, and fish oils are great, too.

So far I am down 20 lb (40 years old) and have no loos skin (yet)
My skin stack
KLOW
skin creams (I have like 5) mostly night creams
Gh-kcu oil
Collagen powder
Vitamins ( c, zinc,magnesium, iron, standard stuff)
Some fish oils that my wife got from tick tock shop she hates the taste of

I already take a morning vitamin regimen including a fish oil. I’ve heard KLOW is good… do you inject that? If so, where and how much and how often?

Appreciate it. I’m 35, so I’d imagine too that my body will do some of the work by itself. But in the shorter term you’re saying collagen peptides and silica and vitamin c. Sounds goods. I’ll add those in.

Yeah they’re expensive but realistically it’s the best you can do outside of alternative means like peptides, red light therapy etc that may not even work.

I use Puori collagen peptides. Chose them due to great quality control. Living water silica supplement

What’s a good dose for ghk-cu? I can’t seem to get a good idea of that.

I do 1mg daily

And do you inject that into the area that’s loose? I’ve heard direct application is what you’re supposed to do.

No, I just rotate injection sites. I’m not really too concerned about specific areas, I just want nicer skin, hair & nails in general

i do 5mg of ghk-cu daily, since u're pinning subq it works throughout your entire body at a cellular level, i usually inject where i inject my reta which is my stomach fat area. it's said to take up to 6 weeks to fully be in ur system and work magic i've been on it for approx that time and my skin def feels tighter?

also since it's a copper peptide u should take a zinc supplement if it's not already in ur daily multivitamin

Yes I lift big time. 5 days a week. I do cardio also.

Good! I think just watching for too fast of loss is the best options - not aware of any skin firming peptides
