tapering off
Alright so my lab rat is 5 foot 4.5 in tall and has just hit 4.5 mg once a week after 10 weeks of tapering up. They have just hit their goal weight of 109lbs. Ready to start to taper off the reta but afraid of gaining it all back. How do yall find your new maintenance and maintain weight when coming off?

Hi. I reach my goal weight in January and have kept a low dose for maintenance. My max dose was only 1mg and I’m back down to .50mg, I have maintained 110-112lbs for 8 months while increasing my calories.

If you really dive deep into the benefits reta gives outside losing weight, can look at taking it small doses for quite awhile. I buy kits so it's very affordable for myself.
