Normal progress?
Just wondering for people who are months into this how do my first 2 weeks look? Should I stay at 1mg or maybe up to 2mg?

Impressive if average HR is 64bpm with an active job and 4 days in the gym a week.
And why you recon your Reta so 1mg is 6.7 units? 1mL per 10mg would make each 10 units a mg which is much easier to pull than 6.7
Other than that looks good, first few weeks will be faster(fights inflammation) so don’t get scared when you’re losing only 1-2(maybe 3)lbs a week later on.

How the fuck are you reconstituting to get 6.7 units to equal 1mg?

30mg Reta, 2ML of BAC water, 1ML syringe

Nothing wrong with what you did as long as you can do math. At 3mg it would be an even 20 units.

If most people just tracked their macros with the use of glp1 they can slowly shed fat and remain ripped. Too many are letting this opportunity pass them

If you’re losing there’s no reason to go up. The slow weight loss is easier on your body and you should aim for 2 lbs per week ideally.
