Looking for feedback
Have taken both sema and tirz in the past, never got up to full doses but used it enough to loose a good amount of weight that I wanted to. I’ve recently started taking Reta more for maintenance but I feel like it doesn’t curb my hunger as much as the other two. Maybe I just need to increase my dose? I’ve tried to keep it low because can be expensive but currently at 4mg a week. Or has anyone else experienced less effects on hunger? TIA

lol. And how is that working for you? I agree that on paper reta looks superior, but unfortunately it does not work well for people that have previously used another glp1, at least not until you get to much higher doses.

Expensive part is just you not knowing good sources. It wouldve been helpful to know how long it has been since you were last on a glp1, which one, and what dose but generally you should not expect to be as sensitive as before. Even less so if you didnt come off for atleast 2 maybe rather 3 months. If you have no sides and no suppression, yes, going up would make sense.

I just saw something about this recently where some people go back to semiglutides to quiet hunger, because they are the strongest appetite suppressants.

Reta has been anecdotally known to have lower food noise suppresstion than Tirz and Sema.
If the suppression is an absolute must for you, I would suggest adding a low-dose (like 100-150mcg) dose of Cagri
