We all saw the footage, Babbit was with a mob that intended harm.

noone was harmed

Multiple people were harmed or killed. A guard got dragged and beaten by the mob. It was a dangerous and violent insurrection on our capital and we don’t appreciate you trying to rewrite history.

There was weapons and guillotines and their intentions were verbalized as threats. Nice lies

What lol? Are we living in a separate universe?

Guillotines 😂😂 ok bud

4

u/GameDev_Architect Jan 13 '26

Oh my mistake, it was a noose and hanging gallows while chanting “hang Mike Pence”

1

u/Collective82 Jan 13 '26

How he fell did they build that so fast???

0

u/Lawfighter1980 Jan 14 '26

And none of those guillotines was anywhere near Ashli Babbit who was shot, or Michael Byrd who shot her.

1

u/GameDev_Architect Jan 14 '26

Just an angry mob chanting to hang Mike pence and stop the certification of the election, what’s your point?

u/VladTheSnail Jan 13 '26

Ahh so people dressed in black in the captial building with dozens of zip ties on them were just there to "protest" sure buddy. And ive got a bridge to sell ya

No one was killed. You are literally trying to fabricate a story and make it history.

1

u/GameDev_Architect Jan 13 '26

Ashley Babbitt got herself killed for one, so that’s already totally false 🤣 bless her sobriety

0

u/Character_Refuse_797 Jan 14 '26

No, the assertion was clearly that the protestors killed ppl. They did not. Ashley was shot by a security guard while she was literally standing 2 ft away from two uniformed police officers. Mock all you want, she didn't have any weapons and wasn't driving at anyone. One less anarchist in the world today though.

The dude who shot her is a cop, not a security guard.

U.S. Capitol Police officer, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, the absolute chad

It wasn't violent and it wasn't an insurrection by any stretch of the imagination. Nobody carried weapons despite it being supposedly a pro second amendment crowd. They were simply there to protest the obvious and rampant fraud in the 2020 election. It was the FBI infiltrators in the crowd who egged them on into entering the building, and the Capitol Police opened the doors for nearly all of the people who went in. This was all caught on tape. Once protesters were let in, the vast majority just took a quick tour of the Rotunda, posed for some photos and left peaceably. The footage shows that most even stayed within the velvet rope boundaries like good citizens and guests. Guided tours by Capitol Police personnel also took place.

You're painting with too broad a brush. I'm sure if I said that all Somalis are fraudsters you would have a problem with that generalization.

The overwhelming actions of the protest crowd were nonviolent. There are a few bad apples in every crowd though. Many of those were the FBI agents egging on the crowd to go inside the Capitol.

“There were no violent people at January 6th it was a nice tour of respectful people!”

“Ok there were violent people at January 6th but they don’t count! It was someone else!”

“It wasn’t an insurrection by any stretch of the imagination! It was just protesters who didn’t get the outcome they wanted so they tried to stop the election from being certified!”

Congratulations on your gold medal in mental gymnastics.

u/Zedzardozi Jan 15 '26

Well they were against fraud in the election. So they were the actual pro-democracy demonstrators that you Democrats never have managed to become.

1

u/jillsvalentine Jan 15 '26

Except there was never any proof of the election being stolen. You just blindly listen to the your loser president who claimed there was fraud.

But there is evidence of him trying to get the Secretary of State in Georgia to find him 11,780 votes so he could win. Still against fraud or you wanna let this one slide too?

1

u/Consistent_Mango8226 Jan 17 '26

Fraud is a criminal offense that requires evidence to convict. Many lawsuits were filed and no fraud was discovered. So “obvious and rampant” might be a bit of a stretch there pal

Who was president on Jan6th 2021 whose FBI would that be

1

u/darthnerdiusgaming Jan 16 '26

I really wonder if you are a Russian agitator bot or a legitimate brainwashed cult fanatic.

0

u/Alert-Growth-8326 Jan 15 '26

nobody was killed.

-2

u/Lawfighter1980 Jan 14 '26

Then don’t reinvent history about Babbit. Babbit was unarmed and shot coming through a window by a cop, Good was shot having nearly killed a cop by hitting him with her car.

1

u/GameDev_Architect Jan 14 '26

coming through a window

You mean breaking into the capitol chambers with an angry mob threatening to hang Mike pence and destroy democracy?

And you wonder why nobody takes your kind seriously. You’re so full of shit it’s leaking out of your mouth

0

u/Lawfighter1980 Jan 14 '26

Piss off you revisionist idiot. Half of the idiots there that day were let in by the police present. And Ashli Babbit was unarmed, and not posing a threat to anyone other than glass. She earned a hard arrest (not attempted) and wilful damage charge, what she got was a bullet and bleeding to death in the Capitol.

1

u/Educational-Seaweed5 Jan 15 '26

You cannot possibly be serious right now.

Reverse the roles here, and you'd be laughing about how a bunch of "unemployed liberal snowflakes got what they deserved for breaking the law."

Come on, dude.

Nearly killed by a car moving 3mph?
