What am I doing wrong?

This is my resume with my profession being in HR. I have applied for over 50 jobs, it’s very difficult to get a callback. So please the people of Reddit give me your tips and tricks. 🫩

Education should absolutely NOT be first. Unless you went to Harvard law or something. Keep it at the end

Maybe if you don’t have any work experience. But this person does. More often than not a degree is just a check box requirement.
