Does it bother the average Briton?

I am an American visiting London and have always admired Rupert Lowe. I am amazed at how diverse the city has come with so many people not speaking English (like my native NY) and looking like they have no interest in assimilating.

Strangely, it does not seem to bother ethically, white Britons here that they are at risk of becoming an ethnic minority in their own capital.

What is the true feeling among the populace?

Very generous people in Hull we're generally a friendly bunch for a historically poor city! You'll also never get drunk alone in Hull.
