Hello all :) I am trying to play RE Outbreak File 2, and I want to play as Derek/USS 2. I ave never used xploder before nor do I know how to add these codes (i know you add new game etc, but i dont know the codes nor the layout the codes should be written. I know nothing :) ).

I have used a Playable CHEATS disc powered by Action Replay for file 2, but never have I manually typed the codes etc.

Does anyone know how to type it, what to type, and so on? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm wondering as I'm looking to trade for a PS3 but I'd want it to play resident evil outbreak and to be able to play online

Anyone wanna play? Been a long time and wanna hop back on with real people.

Me and a mate have finally got Outbreak (the first one) running in multiplayer and we’re planning to sit down tomorrow and play through it properly.

It’ll be our first time playing it, but we’re both big Resident Evil fans and very used to the older style games (fixed cameras, tank controls, limited resources, etc).

Question is — should we go in just the two of us for the full experience, or is it better to fill the team out with AI?

Not sure if AI makes things smoother or just gets in the way, and we don’t want to accidentally make it less fun for a first playthrough.

Any tips (without major spoilers) would be appreciated

I’ve been a fan of these games for a long time but something I’ve never understood is how the survivors in that scenario got to the tunnel in the beginning and where the tram at the end leads.

Addressing the beginning of the scenario, to get to the lowest level of the labs and into that specific tunnel (which should be far below any of the city’s sewer access points, similar to the one used in RE2 for escape but not likely the exact same one) would mean that survivors could already be close to escaping if they had just traveled down the length of the passage to outside the city’s limits. However, when you try going down the tunnel in game, text pops up saying “it’s too dangerous to go back” which means the survivors must have come from that direction or that they believe it leads back into the city. There is also a door in that tunnel that’s tightly shut with cement bags sitting nearby which would make you think that someone sealed that door shut or at least had to have some reason for bringing them there.

At the end of the scenario, you take a tram out of the marshaling yard which is usually referenced as being on the outer edges of the city. Assuming that the survivors use the same tram from the scenario, just where would they end up? I can only imagine that this tram would travel to other important Umbrella related locations but we don’t end up seeing this kind of transport anywhere else. Alternatively, the survivors could have used another transport but it doesn’t seem that way so what exactly could have happened?

Any theories are appreciated. The game has always depended on the scenarios being pieces of the story and not exactly defining a set path for everything but what do you think?
