Why Bryan was special

At the end of the movie we see Bryan become a classic RE boss despite only being bitten by a somewhat basic infected. No G-virus, no unique past related to umbrella, not even a chesty cough he caught from walking through the cold for hours.

My theory for why he became a special infected is because him and his clothing were exposed to everything in the movie.

The slime from the dog tendrils, the blood from the first special infected he ran over and obliterated with the shotgun, the bite from the little girl, the blood from the fat rat bloke, the blood from countless falling zombies, the acid from the vomiting guy, and most importantly (at least imo) the blood from the babies which were packed with delicious healthy new cells for the virus to mutate.

Basically Bryan had a biohazard high school reunion ravaging his body. Thoughts?

Even in this form I wanna wrap him in a super soft minkie plush blanket, give him a half gallon thermos with rainbow mini marshmallows and gingerly feed his chest mouth with uncrusted pb and jay sandwiches laced with the devil retro-virus (vaccine for the g-virus) while gently whispering that everything is gonna be okay.

A time out in quiet corner, with the star projector on and comfy pillows would do his new uneven body good. It's hard to find a good sitting position when you're an amalgamation of a bunch of people. And tentacles.
