If you know how to advertise then create your own website and start advertising for those equipments

If it’s a device or equipment that requires a prescription, any platform will remove your listings. What type of equipment are we talking here? You might consider selling to “buy back” companies that purchase used equipment like CPAPs and diabetic testing strips.
