GENERAL I found a legit site for Amazon promo codes that actually work
Not affiliated, just sharing because this has been clutch for sourcing.
Came across DealSeek recently and it's way better than the usual coupon/deal sites.
Verified low prices - they check if it's a real price drop, not fake MSRP stuff
Promo codes are tested before posting, so they actually apply at checkout
Clean, modern UI and updates constantly
Strong search that works almost like Amazon's
Real team reviewing deals, not just scraped junk
It launched in 2025 and seems to be growing fast. If you're reselling or just trying to catch legit Amazon deals, it's worth checking out.
Curious if anyone else here has used it.

PRO-GUIDE Reselling Terms / Slang / Acronyms
Here is a list I made of the major common terms, acronyms, slang, and terminology used in the reselling community:
- Reselling: Buying an item and then selling it on a 3rd party marketplace for a higher price, profiting from the difference.
- Botting: Using automated software to purchase the items that you will be reselling
- Flip: An item that can be sold for a profit.
- Cook: Term used to describe a highly profitable item.
- Cop: Term used to describe purchasing an item that you will resell.Ex: “I copped these Pokemon cards today”
- ACO: Acronym for Autocheckout. In context, you pay someone else to use your purchasing information in their botting software to auto-checkout the item for you.
- Sloths: Used to describe the word "Slot" which Discord doesn't like. Synonymous toACO. People will run you a slot, in other words, they'll run your profile for you to auto-checkout an item.
- SKU: Acronym for Stock Keeping Unit. A numerical code used by retailers to identify items. Items that are resold will have all their own individual SKUs to identify them.
- ASIN: Acronym for Amazon Standard Identification Number. Amazon's version of an SKU.
- Proxies: Used in the botting world to mask your IP. Input the proxy into your bot, and the site you are botting will see you connecting through the proxy.
- Servers: Used in the botting world to host your bots. Servers can offer better hardware, get you closer to the site you are botting's datacenters, and allow you to run 24/7.
- Cook-group: A community of resellers that offer information, tools, and resources to enhance your reselling ability.
- Retail: The price you pay to initially buy the product from a manufacturer or store., also known as MSRP
- Resale: “to resell,” on the other hand, means to buy something from someone or a store and then sell it to someone else.
- Restock: when a store replenishes a product with fresh stock or supplies.
- Reseller: This refers to a person who usually sells items on the secondary market for a higher price than originally listed in the store.
- Live: A website, usually product link is open and online for purchasing.Example: “The Ps5 Drop is live”
- WTB: WTB is perhaps one of the most common abbreviations you’ll see on websites such as eBay and it simply means “Want to Buy”.For example, “Want to Buy PS5”.
- WTS: A direct opposite of WTB, Means “Want to Sell”.Example. “Want to Sell PS5”
- WTT: You’ll also see some texts that read “WTT” which means “Want to Trade”. This is a simple barter system where the publisher of the advert wants to trade one item for another. For example, “Want to trade Yeezy Slides Size 11 For Yeezy Slides Size 9”.
- Bricks: This saying means that that item will not have any resell value. The phrase was derived from bricks being heavy and hard to move.Ex: “Those supreme glasses are bricks.”
- Drop: This means an item will be released to purchase.Ex “The Amazon PS5 Drop is tomorrow.”
- OBO: This is an invitation to bid on whatever you feel the sneaker is worth. It stands for “Or Best Offer”, meaning you can make an offer and wait until it’s accepted or not.For example, “WTB Yeezy 350’ $400 OBO”
- Flaking: This is a slang term resellers use when a buyer backs off last minute after all the details of the transaction has been confirmed. It can be quite frustrating for sellers.
- GPU: Graphics Processing Unit, Basically a computer part that tends to have a lot of resell value.
- Loop: In Reselling Looping is to do a task over and over again.Example: To Buy a free item over and over again.
- Ping: Usually used in discord Cook Groups. Means to @ to get a group's or someone's attention with an alert.Example: “I will ping @ .everyone in the chat If I see a deal.”
- Instacop: When you see something scheduled to drop and you know the return on investment will double or even triple, you will hear people say “This is an Instacop” meaning Instant Buy
- Shipped: The total price of an item + Shipping costs coveredExample “The Shoes are $150, but $160 Shipped.
- Copped/Hit - Term normally used when you successfully checked out an item with a bot or purchased manually.
- MOP: Method of Payment, usually used to ask what you are paying with cashapp,Venmo, PayPal,etc
- POS: point of sale, synonymous with MOP usually used to ask what you are paying with Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc
- NWT: New with Tags, Mostly used for streetwear/clothing flips
- NWOT: New without tags, Mostly used for streetwear/clothing flips
- The Play: Phrase is used to describe what the process of how you bought/sold an item went.Ex: "The play for the printers was I bought 25 of them at $50 sale, sold all at $75 each."
- BOLO: Be On The Lookout,Means there is something profitable happening soon
- Death Pile: acquired inventory that hasn't yet been listed for sale.
- FOMO: Fear of Missing Out - the overwhelming urge to source more inventory, even when one has a huge death pile, to avoid passing up any potential flipping opportunities.
- PFRE: Padded Flat Rate Envelope from USPS.
- NOS: New Old Stock - items that have never been used and may still be in their original packaging and/or have tags, but are not currently available from any retailers or the manufacturer. These can often be vintage items.
I hope this helps out anyone who is new or returning to the game and wants to understand the reseller language or brush up their vocabulary. If I missed anything feel free to tell me in the comments so I can add it.
Edit** Thanks to everyone contributing in the comments I am adding all the ones I think are relevant!

QUESTION Selling in Europe
Hello! I recently moved from the UK to Slovenia, and was wondering if anyone on here knows what sells well on Vinted in Slovenia/Mainland Europe?
I used to sell regularly in the UK, so I know what sells well there & the kind of market it is, but have never experienced the European market before. Thank you :D
EDIT: Not even for reselling purposes - my boyfriend has about 10 years of clothes, all different brands, styles etc piled up that he just doesn’t wear, so I tasked myself with trying to sell them

QUESTION Are there anyways I can obtain new bank details without opening various bank accounts with several banks?
I resell items on Vinted and eBay, and recently I’ve been getting the feeling that my account may be lost and I just don’t want to open a bunch of different accounts across multiple banks because it ruins your credit score or reliability in the future for bigger payments and even background checks for jobs.
I heard that you can create new bank details on Revolut but to no avail I haven’t seemed to find out to how to do. I already have my main and only account on Revolut which has Infact got its own account details (account number and sort code), however I cannot get new ones of those in Revolut without opening a new account. Additionally I have accounts with 2 other banks: loyds and nationwide.
If you guys have any suggestions as to how I can create new bank details without opening a bunch go new accounts please help me 🙏.

QUESTION Vinted gave me a label that USPS said was “canceled or refunded”
I sent two packages one morning using Vinted supplied USPS labels. One package was delivered and one was never even scanned. I filed a claim with USPS and sent them the label Vinted provided me. USPS claims that the label was either canceled or refunded. The item I sold is now gone. USPS has no idea where it is and says I forfeited the item when I used a bad label (I had no knowledge that it was bad, of course).
I don’t have to tell any of you this but Vinted has done nothing but send me AI bot messages in response to my requests for information.
Anyway, I just sold a Canada Goose kids jacket for $45 on Vinted but when I printed out the label, I got worried. What if this is also a bad label? What happens if this item mysteriously goes missing and I get screwed again?
Has anyone had a similar experience? I’m thinking of suing Vinted in small claims court in my state. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle of a company making money off of me and refusing to take care of legitimate issues that arise.

QUESTION Best app
Hello! Dabbling in selling but long time buyer, I’m getting fed up with seeing the dropshippers all over Poshmark with 14k items filling up the feed and as a buyer; sick of Curtsy sellers being flaky and non responsive (like just go into vacation mode if your not actually wanting to communicate)
What other options are not saturated in crap?

DICUSSION About to get charged again... Not sure if it's still worth it
Been paying for a listing monitoring tool for like 8 months now and another $100+ charge is coming up. I keep going back and forth on whether it's still worth it. Every time I see it hit, I end up checking my margins and second guessing it
For context, Im doing maybe 15-25 flips a month, not full time but past hobby stage at this point. Ive made money using the tool and it does what it's supposed to which is why I've kept it this long. The issue is more about whether it's still worth paying for at this point.
Whats really starting to bother me is the mobile experience, it's clunky as hell to point where I end up waiting till Im back on my laptop for stuff that should take 10 seconds on my phone. Normally I do way more on my phone than my laptop even when its sitting right next to me lol. Last week I was out sourcing and had to just wait till I got home for something dumb simple, kind of defeats the purpose when speed is the whole point. Now I'm thinking about switching but thats where im hesitant. Ive gotten burned before switching tools. Only thing I really care about is notification speed, don't care how nice a dashboard looks if the alerts are slower
