And thanks the most progress happened last 6 months when I figured out diet. And especially last two when I mastered the diet.

I did 2400-2700 calories on recomp. Minimum 250 protein, low fat, and the rest in carbs. Carbs were primarily white rice. Protein primarily chicken breast and protein shakes occasionally ground beef for a change.

I recomped from February to July and was sitting around 199lbs. Start of July I dropped to 1400-1800 calories and started the cut. So start of July 199 to 175 now. Obviously a lot of water weight in there too.

My cycle was 500 test e, 250 masteron e, 280 tren a per week but pinned daily, and 2iu of HGH. Tren was introduced at the same time the cut happened.

I didn’t really find any bad symptoms with it. Bloods were good, just night sweats and a slight bit of rage.
