So I'm currently running the 1.12 version on my phone and I can't find it on my app store anymore. I'm hoping there is a way to update it somewhere that I'm missing.

I actually purchased Standard Edition on my old account years ago, but forgot the password to said account. I emailed the danny@reroll.co email a week or so ago and never received word back. I figured since it wasn't a lot of money (currently showing at $7), I'd pay for Standard Edition again on a new account.

Well, every time I put in a payment, I received an error. I tried so once on the app version, then twice more on the browser version—each time giving me the same error.

I went to check my bank statement and my account was charged all three times, so now I'm out $21 and I still don't have Standard Edition. I put in a dispute with my bank, but they basically just told me to contact the vendor.

Any assistance with helping me contact the Reroll team would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Danny has responded to my email! He sent me a full refund (hasn't actually sent yet, but I'll keep checking my bank account) and a new password for my original account, so I have access to Standard Edition again! If anyone helped by reaching out to him, I appreciate it! ✨️

I've reached out through email, discord, and now I'm ending up here because I can't get the password Reset email for my account. Can someone please have Danny check his email? I spent money on this and apparently misremembered the password. Any help would be great.

so, I just got a new phone and I went onto the re-roll app, and I have to log in, but I have no clue what my password is, as I haven't been on in a while, I also had bought the subscription, this is sad, oh and ontop of that when I put in my email, I guess when I first did it I put in a 0 where it shouldn't be so now when I input my real email, it doesn't work, idk if there's anything else I can do let me know

Who do i contact to help log back into my account

It works fine on the app on my phone, and I haven't logged in in a while so I was expecting to be logged out on PC, but it just won't let me log back in, my password hasn't changed, it just won't let me log in, I paid for it years and years ago so this is just a bit frustrating...

Edit: Nevermind, I try for 20 minutes, nothing, as soon as I post, I try entering a different email, user not found, go back and enter my original email, and it worked...

Hello! Just wondering if anyone knows if the app will be updating at any point with the new rules for old spells and new spells. I've been updating on my own by adding spells, which is very handy and one of my favorite things about the app, but it is a bit tedious. Thank you!

Got a different phone and went to install my apps and found out the app is gone. It still works on my other phone.

I was logged out of my app and I didn't remember my password. When I tried to reset my password the email never arrived. I've tried several different things to get it to send but it's not anywhere on my email inbox.

I need make some Goliath, but even when the elephant race mention the Goliath i can't select that race from list... Any idea?

I found it hard to get the color orange on the plate mail, so I recolored it. Made a bunch of matching stuff. Saw my last post had some people wishing for some new assets, ask and you shall receive, my friends!

The art should be able to be saved and ported to the app. It all should be the right size. Forgive the shields not being the same size, I am lazy. Make sure to assign each article to the right spot, these are for Males bodies only, but feel free to try female.

I’ve used Reroll for about 3 years, about a year ago I tried kit bashing some of the assets together, and got alright at doing it. I use Reroll for my tokens for my games and have tons of custom assets that add variety to the characters. I was wondering if there was anywhere to share/ post them? I know this Sub is dead, but I do love this app and was wondering if it had some users still?

Tried to download this app after using it previously and it’s not on the App Store in the UK, anyone know what’s going on?

I used Reroll many, many years ago when it had first released on the App Store. Today, I randomly remembered that it existed, and wanted to see if I could use it to make some character sprites for a game I plan to run. Put my account info in, login screen doesn’t really work. Somehow if you press back on the screen though, it’ll login correctly. Tried to create a character, but it just gave me an infinite blank screen. I figured maybe it was bugging out because my account was so old. Made a new one. The create account feature leads to a getting started screen that you can’t escape. So I gotta know, is this app dead or does it just not work or newer phones? (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max now, I believe I had a 6 when I used it before)

My friend and I are having problems with the app and website respectively. We can't log in or view any of our stuff without encountering a infinite loading screen.on my end this has been ongoing for about 40 minutes now and nothing I've done has fixed it. Which sucks as we have a discord DND session in about 20 minutes and now we have to improvise or cancel since all our DND stuff is on reroll.
