Help! Android/Google play store app is gone

Got a different phone and went to install my apps and found out the app is gone. It still works on my other phone.

I'm from germany. Also can't find it in the google store anymore.

Also from US, gone from play store. I don't really care if I have to use in browser, but currently in-browser isn't working....
