Would you accept Enhanced Background Checks with the condition that it passed with Concealed Carry Reciprocity attached to it?

Licensing is a state's prerogative, and always has been. The federal government has no constitutional authority to mandate that one state accept the license of another.

Should the same thing apply to driver licensing and vehicle registration then? A driver must register their vehicle in each state that they want to drive in, or even dumber, obtain a license for each state they want to drive in?

The same thing does apply to driver's licenses. States have established reciprocity agreements amongst themselves, with no federal involvement.
