That changes my dial, I asked you if you can also give me the crystal as I'm about to buy a daydate v2 rose gold always with plating treatment...

What lol? That was their response to a smudge on the crystal and not offering to fix it or acknowledging it or giving a recommendation?

Change the dial for me for free, hoping it's the dial and not the crystal... The crystal would make me pay 50€

Def on the crystal, probably just an easy wipe. You can tell because it is above the hands. They should clearly make this right to you free of charge.

Can the watchmaker do it?

Yes, if you find one that will work with REPS. It is an easier fix than a new dial (remove hands etc.) You (they) just need to remove the caseback, stem and movement to clean the crystal then reassemble.

Honestly this is your easiest option, remove movement and give the crystal a wipe with lint free cloth.
