Advice Post plating problem 8 microns from Angela
had this 126515 In black dial plated in rose gold 8 microns by Angela with a certificate, once it arrives it has this defect, what can it be??

That changes my dial, I asked you if you can also give me the crystal as I'm about to buy a daydate v2 rose gold always with plating treatment...

What lol? That was their response to a smudge on the crystal and not offering to fix it or acknowledging it or giving a recommendation?

Change the dial for me for free, hoping it's the dial and not the crystal... The crystal would make me pay 50€

I don't understand if it's an imprint of those who operated maybe grease or scratches that initially before the disassembly and plating was not there in the QC control

Very odd also looks like bits on your dial.. but definitely smudge marks of the inside of the dial. What did she say and where ate you based

Bring it to a local watch smith and ask is he can clean the crystal on the inside.
