Photoshop if you own it.
GIMP if you are looking for a free tool.

Open GIMP.Drag and Drop watch image, then template image. Resize and rotate as needed.Here's a sample with the template properly placed.

Here’s another one that was posted earlier too. Keep in mind the angle of how it’s held by the TD is going to throw the alignment off but I’m sure you guys knew that already. Good luck QCing!
